Hairdresser flies out to restore the Beckham style

He is carrying the weight of a nation on his shoulders and it is beginning to tell on his head. The personal hairdresser of England captain David Beckham arrives in Japan tomorrow to ensure that the inspirational midfielder looks his best for this Friday's crucial quarter-final match.
Matters came to a head at the weekend when a torrential downpour during the match against Denmark left Beckham's distinctive mohican hairstyle looking rather shaggy and unkept, much to the embarrassment of his style conscious wife Victoria. England won the match 3-0 to qualify for the quarter-finals.

According to reports, Victoria, who is seven months' pregnant and was watching the match on television at home, got straight on the phone to Aidan Phelan, Beckham's personal hairdresser, to instruct him to fly to Japan in the aid of the England cause and the famous Beckham barnet.

Mr Phelan will fly into Tokyo's Narita airport tomorrow and will be whisked straight off to the England training camp on Awaji Island, about three hours away, where he will set about trying to rectify the Beckham mohican.

I heard from another parent at said school that Posh stormed in and ranted at the teacher who has now been sacked allegedly.

Always remember Nicey claiming that Beckham had his hairdresser in the changing room at half time against Brazil in the WCQF in 2002, sorting out his Barnet.

Still makes me chuckle.

Really don’t mind him either way, find him quite inoffensive.

Like it or not he’s a worldwide icon and he’s an east London boy so good luck to him

Best crosser the game has seen, one of the best free kick takers ever. I remember a stat when everyone was wanking over the Roberto Carlos free kick against England, I think his record was something like scoring 1 for every 9 free kicks, Beckham was something like 1 in 3.

Definitely gay, why else would he talk like a woman and marry someone who has the body of a 14 year old boy?

He was a RM for 4 years and only won two trophies, not a patch on Zidane or Ronaldo in my eyes.

Got to have been one of RM’s least successful spells when he was there?

Re: David Beckham
watched a clips programme sky do on la liga legends recently where they focus on one player and the beckham one showed that he was far from average or overrated. i couldn't give a shit what he does away from the pitch or his stupid fucking tattoos but he was a player that got every bit of talent out of himself and more than held his own alongside players like zidane, raul and fat ronaldo

I suspect it's widely known in such circles that the marriage is a sham and the cracks are ravine like now

They just need to articulate a "conscious uncoupling" statement
